Nature Quest | A Day of Parent-Child Adventure

A day full of adventure awaits you. We are going on a guided nature trail followed by a hands-on session on animal care. Post this, dive into a whole bunch of thrilling activities. From high rope courses to rappelling down a wall, we have it all. All of this, coupled with a creative nature crafts workshop—this half-day adventure is all about exploring, creating, and bonding together.

Come home with muddy shoes, leave with full hearts and memories your kids will talk about all week!

Parent-child bonding activities in a safe, green, and interactive outdoor setting:

• A Guided Nature Trail: You get to discover various types of plants, insects, and birds in their natural habitat. Through storytelling and hands-on moments, kids and parents explore nature's connections together.
• Animal Care Session: Get up close with friendly animals like Geese, Ducks, Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Turtles & Fish in a gentle, supervised setting. Feeding and interaction help children build empathy and comfort around animals.
• Age-appropriate adventure zones: Parents and kids take on obstacle challenges together—balancing, climbing, swinging, and more—all designed to be safe, fun, and team-based.

• Nature crafts workshop using leaves, petals, and twigs to create nature-inspired artwork. Kids can freestyle or fill in patterns, blending creativity with outdoor learning.

• Child: Rs. 2,000/- (+5% GST)
• Adult: Rs. 1,300/- (+5% GST)

(Please note, each adult can accompany a maximum of 3 minors. If more than 3 minors, an additional ‘Adult’ ticket will need to be booked.)

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. If you’re late, you may miss the instructions, and trust us, that’s no fun.
• No tickets will be sold at the venue. If you plan to join us, book your ticket in advance.
• There will be no refunds on tickets. However, tickets are transferable, and you can send someone else in your place. Inform us beforehand.
• Venue rules and regulations will apply at the event.

• What age group is this for?
  This experience is designed for children aged 5 to 16 years and their parents or guardians. Activities are tailored to suit different age groups, with special zones for younger children aged 5 to 9 years.
• Where is the venue?
  The event takes place at Bhavan’s Nature Adventure Centre (BNAC), located in Andheri (West), Mumbai. This is on the Bhavans College Campus. Detailed directions and access information will be shared upon registration.
• How do we get there?
  BNAC is centrally located and easily accessible by car, rickshaw, or public transport. Parking is available nearby.
• What should we carry?
  Please bring:

1. A refillable water bottle
2. Comfortable footwear
3. Cap or hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent
4. A small nature journal or sketchpad (optional)
5. A tiffin/snack if your child prefers specific food

• Is the event safe? What precautions are taken?
  Yes, the event is fully supervised by trained professionals. Certified instructors manage all adventure activities, safety gear is provided where required, and first aid support is available on-site.
• Who leads the activities?
  All sessions are conducted by trained naturalists, certified adventure facilitators, and experienced child-friendly instructors. We also have our EMs present at the location.
• Will food be provided?
  Food will not be provided, but you are welcome to carry snacks of your own.
• What makes this event different?
  This is a nature-based experience right in the city. It offers the benefits of an outdoor camp right in your backyard without any long travel, making it ideal for families seeking meaningful activities close to home.
• Can parents participate too?
  Yes. This is a shared parent-child experience, designed to build stronger connections through nature exploration, teamwork, and creativity.
• Can I send my child alone?
  Minors need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children alone will not be allowed to participate in the event by themselves. 
• Can one adult accompany multiple kids?
  Yes, one adult can accompany a maximum of three children. For more than three, an additional adult must be present to ensure adequate supervision.

Here's a lil bit more about what makes an Experience Manager.

• All timings and activities are subject to weather, group size, capabilities of participants, etc.
• Vagabond holds the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (for eg, unfavourable weather)
• In the event of a force majeure, Vagabond will make reasonable efforts to notify customers as soon as possible and, where feasible, offer alternative arrangements. However, Vagabond shall not be liable for any refunds, additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by the customer as a result of the force majeure event. Credit notes, if any, will be offered at the sole discretion of Vagabond and in accordance with applicable laws and supplier terms.
• By registering for this trip, you agree to have read through and abide by the Vagabond Terms & Conditions mentioned in the footer.

• Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the event date will incur a 70% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 72 hrs to the event date will receive no refund.
• Tickets are transferable and you can send someone else in your place. Inform us beforehand.
• 3.8% of all booking amounts are payment gateway charges. This amount is not refundable.
