Explore the fundamentals of brewing methods, from pour-over to French press, uncovering the nuances that give Coffee its unique characteristics along the way. Then, unleash your creativity as we delve into the world of Latte Art, where you will master the techniques to craft beautiful designs with velvety steamed milk. 

And for all the superfans of coffee, you will also learn about the fundamentals of coffee; how regions play a role in flavours, how to get your proportions right,  and much much more!

What You Get

  • A demonstration of 3 different brewing styles: French Press, Pour-Over, and Chemex
  • Learn hands-on how to make a perfect cup of pour-over coffee (yes, you get to do the pour-over yourself!)
  • A demonstration and 2 attempts at creating latte art yourself with Starbucks Baristas guiding you through every step
  • All your attempts will leave you with 3 cups of coffee. Yes, you can request your beverages in takeaway cups.
    • 1 cup of pour-over coffee
    • 2 cups of latte (of the latte art you will create) 
  • A choice of food from a limited Starbucks Menu

The Espresso Yourself workshop will be hosted by Starbucks Baristas who sleep, dream, and breathe coffee & connections for a living. They are committed to helping you create that perfect cup of coffee, so you learn to love the beverage as much as they do.

They are happy to answer any and all of your questions – no question is a silly question. Really!

Things You Need To Know
  • This workshop is targeted but not limited to the Vagabond community. If you’ve never been part of a Vagabond experience but have always wanted to, show up!
  • Limited seats are available for this workshop at an introductory price.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you’re late, you may miss the instructions, and trust us, that’s no fun.
  • This workshop is only open to individuals over the age of 16 years.
  • No tickets will be sold at the venue. If you plan to join us, book your ticket in advance.
  • There will be no refunds on tickets. However, tickets are transferable and you can send someone else in your place. Inform us beforehand.
  • Venue rules and regulations will apply at the event.
  • Everyone’s invited! Bring your friends, partners, cousins, family members, and their friends!
