Face to Trace | A Self-Portrait Painting Workshop

Prior to the workshop, you'll be sending us your picture - a photo you feel captures your essence. Along with your photo, you'll also share three things you’d want our illustrator to incorporate into your whimsical portrait. On the day of the workshop, you'll receive a plain tote bag. With guidance from our illustrator, you'll trace the illustration onto the tote bag and then paint it, transforming it into a wearable masterpiece.

Please note:

• This isn't a hyperrealist painting workshop.
• Before the workshop, the conductor will illustrate a line drawing of you using the photographs you provide.
• At the workshop, you will use this line drawing and other elements, and trace it onto the tote bag after which you will paint the entire composition with the guidance of the conductor.
• Please note, as the style isn't hyper-realist there might be slight variations in features.
• The portrait will focus on your torso and face using a pose and outfit that mimic the photograph provided. You will have the opportunity to tweak a few elements if needed at the workshop.
• The final outcome will depend on your creative expression.

• A 3-hr long self-portrait painting workshop
• All workshop materials* (Acrylic paints, brushes, palette, carbon paper, pre-made custom illustration, one tote bag)
• Rs. 500 full cover* at Starbucks during the workshop

*Cover: You can use up to Rs. 500/- to avail of anything on the Starbucks menu.

*The art supplies are just for the workshop and can't be taken home. However, your custom-painted tote bag is yours forever.

• This workshop is targeted but not limited to the Vagabond community. If you’ve never been part of a Vagabond experience but have always wanted to, show up!
• Limited seats are available for this workshop at an introductory price.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If you’re late, you may miss the instructions, and trust us, that’s no fun.
• This workshop is only open to individuals over the age of 14 years.
• No tickets will be sold at the venue. If you plan to join us, book your ticket in advance.
• There will be no refunds on tickets. However, tickets are transferable and you can send someone else in your place. Inform us beforehand.
• Venue rules and regulations will apply at the event.
• Everyone’s invited! Bring your friends, partners, cousins, family members, and their friends!

• Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the event date will incur a 70% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 72 hrs to the event date will receive no refund.
• Tickets are transferable and you can send someone else in your place. Inform us beforehand.
• 3.8% of all booking amounts are payment gateway charges. This amount is not refundable.
